Office Manager
Regina is married with two beautiful children, Sabrina, 17 and Andy, 16. She enjoys photography, event planning, crafting, and the outdoor life. Her favorite movies are Goldminer's Daughter, Titanic, Footloose, and Grease. Regina is also a die hard Cardinals fan!
She has an Associates in Management and has been in the dental field for 20 years. She is certified in; TMJ Management, Sleep Apnea Management, and CPR. As a manager she takes great pride in what she does. She strives to make every patient's visit informative, pleasant, and overall, an excellent experience! |

Dianne is part of our billing team and has been in the dental field for 12 yrs. The favorite part of her job is making the patients happy by getting their claims paid!
She enjoys, reading, sewing, going to the movies and doing things with her grandchildren.

Jenna received her dental hygiene degree in Minnesota and has lived in Arizona for 4 years. She enjoys establishing relationships with her patients, and is looking forward to her long fulfilling career with Dental Specialty Associates. Jenna's free time includes reading, working out, spending time with family and friends, and her pug, Huggle. |

Holly has been in the dental field for nine years, and loves what she does. She relocated to Phoenix in 2000, but is originally from Montana where she grew up on a farm. She considers herself a country girl at heart even though she lives in the city. When Holly is not working she is spending her free time outdoors or at home with her family. She is a fun loving person, and a die hard NASCAR fan! |

Janelle graduated Apollo College in 2008, earning her Dental Assisting Certificate. She has been working as a Surgical Assistant for Dr. Lilien for three years. She loves her job, and finds oral surgery to be very fascinating. Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her two kids, and being outdoors. Janelle also loves to dance and spend time with friends. |

Kassandra is an Arizona native and attended Apollo College in 2008 where she received her dental assistant certification and has been working with Dr. Berger ever since. She enjoys working with patients and helping them achieve the most desirable outcome of their dental treatment plans. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, snowboarding, hiking, skydiving and spending time with family and friends. |

Dental Assistant
Crystal is originally from Texas and has been living in Arizona for seven years. She decided to embark on her passion for dentistry in Phoenix soon after high school. She graduated from Phoenix college in 2007 with An AAS degree in dental assisting and is also x ray certified. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure they get the best dental experience and that all their dental needs are met at Dental Specialty Associates. She is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with friends and family. |

Dental Assistant
Cindy was an honors graduate from Apollo College where she earned her dental assistant certification in 2005. She has been working alongside Dr. Berger as a specialized prosthodontist assistant for five years. Her experience and wide range of skills quickly advanced her position to lead dental assistant and trainer. Patient care, quality, and detailed efficiency proves her to be a prized asset to patients and the Dental Specialty Practice. Among her qualifications, she is also dental x-ray certified.
